Instructions included. No drilling or welding. Chrome-plated seamless 16-gauge cold-rolled carbon steel mufflers with metal baffled core are smooth-as-glass. Approx. 20"L. Fishtail mufflers have approx. 5-3/4" seamless "tail"�no detracting seams. Most kits include 2 mufflers. Most mufflers slip on easily after removing old mufflers. All mufflers exit on right side, except Suzuki VS700, VS750, VS800 and VS1400 Intruder. NOTE: Kit for Suzuki LS650 includes only one muffler. Kit for Suzuki VS700, VS750, VS800 and VS1400 Intruder, you have a choice: 1 muffler exits on left side, one on right side, like originals (A) or both mufflers exit on right side�left-side muffler includes welded-on crossover pipe that allows right-side exit (B) . Some kits include new front and/or rear headpipes (welded-on or slip-on muffler). New headpipes mount to cylinder head using original hardware plus additional hardware included.
